Our warm and charming atmosphere will instantly relax you while our attentive staff spoils you. The aroma of fresh baked goods, warm chocolate chip cookies and artisan coffees will be in the air as soon as you walk through our doors. Our philosophy is simple and a bit old-fashioned: make it fresh, make it good, make it memorable and have fun while doing it!

 

We start with great coffee: we have partnered with a local artisan coffee roaster with over 20 years of roasting experience. We believe that coffee should be roasted fresh in small batches. Many of our coffees are organic and fair-trade and of the highest quality.

Our coffee line-up:

Kona House Blend: 20% Kona Fancy and 80% Secret Recipe, compose our house blend that we blend and brew daily.

100% Kona Fancy: Featured EVERY FRIDAY! Grown and roasted by our friends that own a small coffee farm, located in Captain Cook, Hawaii. Custom roasted for us and flown in weekly! Our Kona Fancy beans are available for purchase...$30/lb.

We feature new blends, single origin and unique coffees daily. Our Espresso drinks are hand-crafted; ground to order, hand tamped and brewed to perfection with great crema. All drinks start with a "double-shot" and if it's not perfect, we pull a new shot until it is.

 

Fresh baked cinnamon rolls, Fat Cat Scones, muffins, coffee cake, bagels, fruit strudel and cookies are featured daily. Breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos and Steel-Cut Oatmeal are available daily.

 

What about lunch? We are proud to have Chef Joe on our team! He has put together a delicious selection of fresh made salads, sandwiches, wraps, soups, signature sandwiches and daily specials.
